FOUNDATIONAL BELIEF
Employer healthcare should be designed by people who understand both the rules—and the human consequences.
FOUNDERS

Jason R. Beck, M.D
Jason Beck is a physician and healthcare strategist whose career has focused on improving outcomes and reducing waste by redesigning how care is delivered and supported. His work spans clinical practice, technology-enabled care models, and system design, with a particular emphasis on prevention, access, and evidence-based medicine.
As a radiologist, lifestyle medicine physician, and entrepreneur, Jason has built and scaled healthcare organizations that improved patient experience, accelerated care delivery, and lowered costs—work that later attracted private equity investment and broader expansion. His approach reflects a core belief that most chronic disease is preventable and that health plans should support long-term health through strong primary care, aligned incentives, and physician-led guidance.
At Bloombeck, Jason applies this philosophy to employer-sponsored healthcare, helping design benefit structures that prioritize access, prevention, and better clinical decision-making for employees navigating a complex system.
Monica Beck Glover, J.D., MBA, LL.M.,
Monica Beck-Glover is a health law strategist and systems architect whose career has centered on designing high-performing, legally sound operating models across complex industries, including healthcare. Her work focuses on aligning incentives, strengthening governance, and using technology and structure to drive better outcomes at lower cost.
Across multiple ventures, Monica has built and led scalable, technology-driven organizations that achieved disciplined operations and strong financial performance—work that was later acquired and expanded by private equity firms. That experience shaped her conviction that systems succeed or fail based on how they are designed, governed, and incentivized.

At Bloombeck, Monica brings deep expertise in health law, plan design, and fiduciary governance to employer-sponsored healthcare. She is driven by the human and financial cost of systems that reward intermediaries over outcomes, and her work focuses on helping employers build health plans that improve access to care, reduce waste, and serve people as they were intended to be served..
